I see the Statement at Principles in action everyday. I see it in the actions of people. There is a tremendous amount of teamwork as people work together towards a common goal. I don't see a lot of people out for personal gain. I see people working as a team, pulling the rope in the same direction.

I describe our commitment to customers as Customers R Us. I take the knowledge I have and I pass it on to another employee and in turn that employee passes it on. So, therefore we can better service the customer by better knowing the things that we do at The Andersons. To me that's rewarding.

No matter what race or creed you are, it doesn't matter to The Andersons. They want to get you in and get you incorporated into their system and develop you as soon as possible. Having everyone working on a common goal and in a common direction is a much more powerful vehicle.
