MAUMEE, OHIO, October 30, 2012 – The Andersons, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANDE) announced today it has completed the purchase of substantially all of the assets of Mt. Pulaski Products LLC.
“The completion of this purchase positions The Andersons as the industry’s only cob processor and product manufacturer with multiple mills,” says Tom Waggoner, President, Turf & Specialty Group. “The addition of these mills, and the cob supply associated with them, will allow us to more effectively serve our customers and grow with them.”
The two facilities located in Illinois will operate within The Andersons Turf & Specialty Group, Cob Division.
